After 18 months of training with Lucy, I have had several PBs in the gym. Including a single-leg leg press of body weight for the first time ever. Not bad for an old man. The improvement in my strength is really helping my running, which is my motivation for the sessions. 
It is hard work but Lucy makes it fun and motivates me when it gets tough.
